Looking at the Bigger Picture

As I was drifting off last night, I felt like I was in a completely different dimension. I asked myself, “How can I make sure I don’t forget this tomorrow?” Forget what? The messages that were being downloaded about the unknown.

While my family focuses on staying healthy and letting our immune systems do their thing, everyone is committed to healing their bodies naturally. After being under the weather for nearly two weeks, I feel like I’ve evolved. In the past, I would have worried about my overall health, fallen behind on things, or carried shame and guilt for being sick. But this time, I keep hearing and seeing the bigger picture.

The fact that they spray aluminum in our skies—does it poison us, or does it push our bodies to evolve? The fact that the world looks like a war zone—do we focus on the atrocities committed by humans against humans, or do we rise to see the truth? Is the pain and suffering in the world meant to perpetuate more suffering, or is it meant to help us find God and explore other realms of existence?

As I shift my DNA using light codes, ascended masters, the cosmos, water, and breath to activate my full potential, I am reaching deeper levels of connection with myself, other realms, and the iterations of who I am.

I wish others could know the power they hold. I want to share how I protect myself and live in alignment with our potential. My sacred safe place—the one where I can view and experience the world as a human—is in my very own healing center. This center exists in Sirius. Here, I can work out, explore relationships, and examine my thoughts and beliefs. It’s also where countless versions of myself reside.

This healing center feels like a medbed but more—a whole sanctuary where my council works on my body at night. I am usually awake during these sessions, directing my helpers on what to focus on (not everyone is ready for those details, but soon enough). I feel safe and fully consent as the version of me that exists here.

As I approach day 30 of this 40-day covenant with Consciousness, I feel astonished. The divine guidance and surrendering to this process came at the most critical and transformative moment in my life, purpose, and history. I have never felt so alive and connected to my physical self. I’m experiencing a whole new level of aliveness and joy in being human. The drive for my mission and purpose fuels me, motivating me to create circumstances that allow me to show up fully.

When I notice myself feeling anxious, I tell myself, “Oh, this is exciting!” We don’t often let ourselves feel anxious because we’ve bought into the lie that we can’t handle it. But we can handle it. Anxiety is here for us—it’s how we evolve our connection to our bodies, circumstances, and worldview.

I’m not saying it always feels like you can handle it, but that’s why it’s so important to educate yourself about your brain, body, beliefs, and what you consider beautiful. We truly have free will, but many people don’t take the time to explore it because they use the excuse of being too busy—especially high achievers.

As I wrap up today’s priorities, I want to share card #9 from my Celtic Cross full spread: Hopes and Fears. The card I drew in this position is from the Moonology Oracle Deck—Full Moon in Sagittarius: “Look at the Bigger Picture.”

I get it. The moon is guiding me to new levels and heights with this message. The card suggests: enough talk—it’s time to take action; stop focusing on the details and attune to life’s adventure; keep an open mind and let the Universe surprise me; catch distractions; be confident without being overconfident; and find balance between saying enough and over-sharing. Lastly, it’s time to show I care.

That last point hits home. When I open my heart and show people how much I care, old programming creeps in—fears of rejection, feelings of vulnerability, and anger at myself for risking exposure. I’ve noticed resentment arises if I sense a threat of being abandoned, unloved, or left to carry the weight of a relationship alone.

Hopes and Fears. I’m ready to move beyond the lies that have kept me from inviting others into my world—to share my gifts and experience theirs. I feel this may be connected to shame and guilt. As I mentioned in earlier journal entries, shame and guilt are topics I’m unpacking. My biggest revelation so far? These emotions are both unattractive and magnetically draw the wrong energy. They are deeply embedded in our DNA for a purpose, but they don’t serve us when they remain stored there.

I hope today’s entry brings you hope and inspires you to start clearing fears that no longer serve you!

Bye for now,
xoxo,

Breaking Free: How Transformative Modalities Can Unlock Your Full Potential

Have you ever found yourself stuck in a loop of traditional solutions, like therapy sessions that feel like they’re barely scratching the surface or self-help books that motivate you for a week before collecting dust? It’s not that these tools are useless—they can help—but they rarely take you to the depths where true transformation happens. What if there was another way?

For years, I walked that same path: searching for answers in mainstream modalities, hoping to uncover why I felt disconnected, exhausted, and unfulfilled despite my achievements. The turning point came when I began exploring alternative, deeper modalities—tools that don’t just treat symptoms but shift your core being. I’d love to share what I’ve learned and invite you to imagine how these methods could radically improve your life.

Shifting Your DNA and Activating Your Potential

Let’s start with something that might sound like it’s out of a sci-fi movie: shifting your DNA. Research in the field of epigenetics shows that our environment, thoughts, emotions, and practices can influence the expression of our genes. Practices like breathwork, light visualization, and focused intention go beyond surface-level healing—they work on the cellular level.

What does this look like in practice? Imagine using light codes—visualizing healing light entering your body. Studies on visualization, such as those conducted by the Cleveland Clinic, show that imagining physical movements or positive outcomes can produce measurable changes in brain activity and even physical performance. Now, amplify that by connecting to cosmic energies and ascended masters (think of them as higher levels of wisdom and guidance).

How can you use this? If you’ve felt like therapy only scratches the surface, consider a guided light visualization practice. Instead of endlessly talking through your challenges, you shift into a space where healing happens on a subconscious and even cellular level.

Cosmic Connection: Working Beyond the Physical Plane

When I talk about connecting with the cosmos or higher realms, it’s not about escaping reality—it’s about tapping into a broader perspective. Think of it like tuning into a frequency that you’ve been missing. For example, the concept of interconnectedness in quantum physics supports the idea that we’re part of a vast, energetic web.

Here’s a story for you: A woman I worked with felt trapped in her corporate job and disconnected from her purpose. Traditional self-help methods left her more confused. Through guided visualizations and connection to the cosmos, she realized she was holding onto a belief that success equaled sacrifice. By shifting her perspective, she didn’t just quit her job—she restructured her life to align with her deeper purpose, creating a business that supports her values.

Your takeaway? Try a simple exercise: next time you feel overwhelmed, look up at the stars. Picture them as guides helping you remember the bigger picture of your life. Write down the thoughts or emotions that come up.

Healing Centers Beyond the Physical: Creating Your Safe Haven

For me, my “healing center” is a space I’ve created in my mind and energy field—a sanctuary where I connect with my council and direct my own healing. Think of it like a medbed but personalized to your needs.

Here’s a relatable example: when you wake up tired or anxious, imagine stepping into your own healing center. What does it look like? Perhaps it’s filled with warm light, soothing sounds, and beings (or parts of yourself) working on your energy. Just 5–10 minutes of this visualization can create measurable changes. Studies on mindfulness and visualization show they reduce cortisol levels, improve immune function, and enhance focus.

Breath and Water: The Foundational Tools

Breath and water might seem basic, but their impact is profound. Breathwork has been shown in studies, such as those published in Frontiers in Psychology, to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve mental clarity. Water, often overlooked, carries a unique energetic quality. Structured water (water that’s been “organized” at the molecular level) is believed to enhance cellular hydration and energy flow.

How can you integrate these into your life? Start with intentional breathing. Try the 4-7-8 method: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. For water, consider adding affirmations or intentions. One client of mine wrote a single word—“vitality”—on her water bottle, and over time, she noticed a shift not just in her energy but in her mindset.

Where Fear Meets Growth

Here’s the thing: trying new modalities can feel strange. It’s natural to question whether it’s “real” or if it will work for you. Fear is just a signal that you’re stepping into something unfamiliar—and that’s where growth happens.

When I started these practices, I was skeptical. It felt easier to dismiss them as “woo-woo” than to surrender to the process. But the more I leaned in, the more I saw results: increased energy, deeper emotional clarity, and a sense of purpose that no self-help book ever gave me.

Your Invitation to Transformation

What if you gave yourself permission to try something different? What if you opened up to the possibility that true healing doesn’t come from endlessly analyzing your problems but from activating the untapped potential within you?

Start small. Choose one practice—light visualization, breathwork, or even creating your healing center—and commit to it for 7 days. Journal your experience. You might be surprised by how much shifts when you step into the unknown.

This isn’t about rejecting traditional methods like therapy—it’s about expanding your toolbox. You’re capable of so much more than you realize, and these modalities are here to help you remember who you are.

Here’s to your journey of transformation.

With love and light,
Brooke Ranvek
