I Created the Beauty Code Way Because I Needed a Way to Stop Skipping Myself.
I’ve always been someone who could see the bigger picture.
I could feel possibility.
Transformation.
Expansion.
Potential.
But because I could see things so big… I constantly wanted to skip steps.
And every time I skipped steps, I skipped relationship with myself.
I think a lot of high-achieving women live here.
We’re praised for being capable.
For pushing through.
For holding everything together.
For being productive.
For being everything for everyone.
But eventually something starts happening internally.
We become disconnected from ourselves.
Not because we’re broken.
But because we’ve spent so much of our lives abandoning ourselves while trying to become ourselves.
For years, I searched outside myself for:
- answers
- healing
- worthiness
- belonging
- safety
- permission
- love
And eventually I realized:
I wasn’t lacking information.
I was lacking relationship with myself.
And that realization changed everything.
The Old Way Pushes Through Pain.

The old way taught me:

But eventually my nervous system could no longer sustain forced transformation.
And I realized something that became one of the foundational paradigms of my life:
The more transformation we desire, the less our systems can safely hold all at once.
So instead of forcing transformation…
I began creating ways to stay connected to myself while transformation was happening.
Simple ways.
Playful ways.
Repeatable ways.
Because transformation does not happen through intensity.
Transformation happens through what we repeatedly return to.
