What it is, why it matters, and how you can reclaim your truth

For decades, a shadowy war has been waged—not for land, resources, or wealth—but for control of the human mind and spirit. This psychological warfare, rooted in fear, is designed to condition humanity into submission, keeping us disconnected from our true selves and our higher purpose. From the post-war secrecy of 1947 to the mass fear campaigns of the 21st century, including the global pandemic, and now whispers of a fabricated alien invasion in 2025, the tactics remain the same: control through confusion, distraction, and division.

But what if we could break free? What if we could rise above the illusion and remember who we are beyond the fear?

This is not just a global issue; it’s personal. It affects anyone who has felt trapped in cycles of fear, self-doubt, or judgment—myself included. As a mentor and guide, my mission through The Beauty Code Way is to help women reclaim their sovereignty, align with their purpose, and remember the truth of who they are.

Why You Need to Know About This

If you’re someone who has ever felt like life is an endless loop of stress, striving, and survival, this matters to you. Fear-based control thrives on keeping us distracted and disconnected from ourselves, suppressing our ability to think clearly, act freely, and live joyfully.

The tactics of psychological warfare—whether it’s fear of illness, fear of judgment, or fear of external enemies—are designed to keep you stuck in reactive states, disconnected from your intuition and inner knowing. Recognizing these tactics is the first step in breaking free and stepping into your power.

This is especially important if you are someone who has achieved success outwardly but still feels like something is missing. My work focuses on women like you—women who feel the weight of self-judgment and high expectations but long for more connection, enjoyment, and clarity in their purpose.

Who Needs to Know About This

This message is for:

  • Women seeking clarity and purpose: If you’ve been caught in cycles of doing, striving, and achieving without truly feeling fulfilled, this is your invitation to reconnect with your soul.
  • Anyone tired of living in fear: If you’ve been overwhelmed by the constant bombardment of fear-based narratives, you are not alone. There is a way to rise above.
  • Those ready to reclaim their sovereignty: If you feel ready to step into your power and live authentically, now is the time.

What You Can Do About It

Breaking free begins with awareness and intentional action:

  1. Recognize fear-based tactics: Understand that fear is used to control and divide. Question the narratives you hear, and connect with your inner truth.
  2. Connect with your higher self: Spend time in reflection, meditation, or journaling to hear the whispers of your soul.
  3. Set intentions: Create your own personal covenant or commitment to live in alignment with your truth and not be ruled by fear.
  4. Seek guidance: If you feel stuck or unsure, reach out. I am here to answer questions and have conversations that help you find clarity.

This journey is not about rejecting the world—it’s about reconnecting with yourself and stepping into the life you are meant to live.

40 Days of Consciousness: My Covenant and Experiment

To embody this mission, I’ve committed to a 40-day experiment of documenting my own journey with what I call a covenant of consciousness. Each day, I will explore my own connection to truth and healing, using journaling, card readings, and other intentional practices to deepen my alignment with my purpose.

My Covenant

I refuse to give in to the illusion of fear. This covenant is a sacred promise to live as an open channel for consciousness, to rise above the conditioning of psychological warfare, and to serve as a bridge for others ready to reclaim their sovereignty.

Day One:

Journal Entry
The first card I drew was #42, “Smoke and Mirrors.” It revealed the thick veil of illusion that clouds truth. The message? To heal from the misguided illusion of separation and take responsibility for how I view the world.

The second card, “The Word Wants to Be Written” (#42, Sacred Rebels), reminded me that my dreams and creations are not only valid but natural extensions of who I am.

The third card, “Relax the Hold of Darkness and Be at Cause” (#26, Sacred Rebels), called me to release the fear of judgment and fully embrace my work and truth, free from shame.

Today, I feel deeply aligned with the words of Richard Rudd: We are all here for the same reason—freedom. And freedom comes from knowing who we are.

This journey is not about “fixing” myself or anyone else. It’s about remembering. It’s about becoming who I’ve always been and helping others do the same.

Understanding the Deep State and Its Agenda

How far back does it go, and how does it affect you today?

For those curious to dive deeper, let’s explore the concept of the deep state or shadow state—a term often used to describe the hidden power structures that influence governments, corporations, and society at large. While the term might sound conspiratorial, its roots lie in historical events and patterns of behavior that have shaped our collective reality.

The deep state operates through secrecy, manipulation, and control, often by leveraging fear to influence public perception and behavior. Its tactics have evolved over the decades, but the agenda remains the same: to maintain power, suppress sovereignty, and control human consciousness.

A Brief Timeline of Fear-Based Control

  1. Post-World War II (1947)
The establishment of intelligence agencies like the CIA marked the beginning of covert operations designed to control narratives and suppress dissent. Around the same time, UFO sightings (e.g., Roswell) began to dominate headlines, introducing a mix of curiosity and fear about extraterrestrial life.

    • Thought-Provoking Question: Have you ever wondered why UFO stories often emerge during times of political tension? Could they serve as a distraction or a tool for control?
  2. The Cold War Era
Fear of nuclear annihilation kept humanity in a constant state of anxiety. Propaganda was used to divide nations and ideologies, ensuring that the population remained focused on external threats rather than questioning internal systems of power.

  3. Mind Control Experiments (1950s-1970s)
Programs like MK-Ultra revealed how governments experimented with trauma-based conditioning, hypnosis, and manipulation to control individuals’ thoughts and actions. The goal? To discover ways to fracture consciousness and create programmable behaviors.

    • Thought-Provoking Question: Have you ever noticed how trauma—personal or collective—affects your ability to think clearly or make empowered decisions?
  4. The Rise of Mass Media
As television and media became household staples, they were used to spread fear-based narratives. Whether it was crime, disease, or war, the constant barrage of alarming news conditioned the public to seek safety and solutions from external authorities.

    • Thought-Provoking Question: How much of your daily stress is influenced by what you see on the news or social media?
  5. The “Plandemic” Era
The global pandemic demonstrated how fear could unify behavior on a massive scale. Fear of illness and death was used to justify sweeping changes in personal freedoms, social dynamics, and economic systems. Polarized narratives deepened division, while the promise of safety kept many compliant.

  6. The Future: Project Blue Beam and the Fake Alien Invasion
The next phase may involve the orchestration of a simulated alien invasion—a concept tied to Project Blue Beam. The goal would be to use advanced technologies to create a convincing extraterrestrial threat, uniting humanity under a single global authority.

    • Thought-Provoking Question: How would you respond if a major alien event were announced tomorrow? Would you feel fear, curiosity, or skepticism?

How Does This Affect You Personally?

These tactics might sound distant, but their impact is deeply personal. Fear is a powerful tool—it hijacks your nervous system, clouds your judgment, and disconnects you from your intuition. Here are some ways to reflect on how this psychological warfare may have shaped your life:

  • Have you ever felt paralyzed by fear? Whether it’s fear of judgment, failure, or external threats, consider how these feelings have influenced your decisions and behaviors.
  • Do you find yourself relying on external validation or authority? This could be a symptom of conditioning that has taught you to distrust your own intuition.
  • Are you living in alignment with your truth? Or do you feel stuck in a cycle of reacting to external pressures?

Recognizing these patterns is the first step in reclaiming your sovereignty.

What Can You Do to Break Free?

  • Question the narratives: Ask yourself who benefits from the fear-based stories you hear. Are they designed to empower you or control you?
  • Reconnect with your intuition: Spend time in practices that ground and center you, like meditation, journaling, or breathwork.
  • Empower your decisions: Take small but intentional steps to live in alignment with your truth rather than reacting to external pressures.

Join the Experiment

If you’ve felt the weight of fear and control in your life, you’re not alone. Through this 40-day experiment, I’m documenting my own process of breaking free from fear-based conditioning and reclaiming my truth. My covenant is both personal and collective—a promise to align with consciousness and act as a bridge for others ready to remember who they are.

I invite you to follow along, ask questions, or reach out for a conversation. This journey isn’t about finding answers outside of yourself—it’s about uncovering the truth that has always been within. Together, we can rewrite the story.

xoxo,
Brooke
