Stories That Heal

40 Days of an Intentional Covenant with Consciousness

It’s catch-up time! I love how everything works out exactly the way it’s meant to, yet I still needed to pull my cards to see what I wasn’t seeing—thinking I was behind.
All just stories.
Today, I’m going to talk about the cards I chose last week, which happened to fall right before Christmas. That timing feels significant because it plays into the message the Divine has for me today. Once again, I’ve been thinking: another week, and I don’t have my consistent schedule.
I thrive on schedules and daily commitments, and when things get thrown off, I get a little frustrated. But I’ve come a long way! There was a time when I’d get really angry if my plans didn’t go “as expected.” It’s taken years of work—coaching and self-coaching—to heal from the lies of perfectionism and control (OCD).
Alright, enough context—let’s get into these cards!
Card One: The Divine Feminine Oracle – Lalla: The Saint of Spoken Words.
"Every word I say becomes a prayer. I am the author of my own story."
Reflection: What are the most powerful words for me to use right now?
This card also speaks to the concept of “as above, so below.”
Card Two: The Spirit Animal Oracle – #64 Wasp Spirit: Sometimes Life Stings.
Protection message: Are you holding on to anger, jealousy, or resentment because you got stung? Or could you have stung yourself by comparing yourself to others?
Card Three: The Spirit Animal Oracle – #53 Seahorse Spirit: Watch and Wait.
Step back and be open to all possibilities. Don’t be so rigid.
Protection message: Are you holding onto judgment, convinced that your perspective is the only correct way to look at things?
Now, let’s bring it all together.
The Saint of Spoken Words reminds me that every word becomes a prayer. What’s coming up for me is the need to fine-tune the story or prayer I’m speaking. Life can sting, but as Lalla reminds us, as above, so below—we never truly know the gift hidden in the sting. The faster we embrace the story we want to tell, the faster we receive the gift from those challenges.
Then there’s Seahorse Spirit, which speaks to the belief that I’m behind and the fear beneath it—that I’m not where I’m supposed to be. And Wasp Spirit highlights the sting of comparison and the rigidity of thinking my schedule has to look a certain way for me to feel how I expect to feel. These are hidden judgments. What do we do with them? Bring in self-love and curiosity!
Of course, things always work out when I surrender and allow the Divine to work through me. If my soul is connected to me, and my soul is a direct connection to the Divine, then there is no room for fear. There is no unknown—because, in truth, all things are known.
I feel at peace with today’s messages. They resonate deeply, and they remind me why I use these tools. It’s not the tools themselves—it’s the energy they help me connect to and the remembering they facilitate. I forget sometimes and think I’m doing this life alone. When I fall into that belief, I lose sight of the truth of who I am.
It’s not about the tools; it’s about the energy you seek and the remembering that’s always waiting for you.
The Beauty Code Way in Action
This journal entry reflects how the Beauty Code Way® method transforms our experience of life by aligning us with truth, curiosity, and self-love. Let me break it down:
-
Paradigm 1: The More Change We Need, the Less We Can Handle
My frustration with schedules being thrown off is a classic example of resistance to change. By using curiosity to soften that resistance, I could see the Divine message hidden in the disruption. -
Paradigm 2: We Are Always Winning the Game We Are Playing
Thinking I was “behind” was part of an unconscious game of self-judgment and comparison. The cards helped me realize I could rewrite this story and align with a perspective that serves my highest good. -
Paradigm 3: Your Biology is Your Biography
The lies of perfectionism and comparison are encoded in our biology, rooted in cultural conditioning. They corrupt our DNA, limiting our access to intuition and purpose. Tools like these cards help us unravel those lies and unlock dormant expressions of our true selves. -
Paradigm 4: Suffering to Heal Doesn’t Make Sense and Doesn’t Work
This entire process was about embracing self-love and curiosity rather than suffering through self-criticism. Healing doesn’t require pain; it requires alignment.
The Lie of Drama and the Power of Rewriting Your Story
Jealousy, fear, and comparison are lies instilled by societal conditioning—a system designed to keep us in drama and separation. These lies corrupt our ability to access the profound wisdom encoded in our DNA. But here’s the beautiful truth: our human technology has the power to unravel these lies.
When we consciously unravel these patterns, we unlock dormant expressions of ourselves—potentials we can’t even fully comprehend. These gifts are waiting to be remembered, and they hold the key to our authentic story.
Your Turn: Remember Who You Are
Where are you holding expectations that weigh you down? Where are you telling stories of fear, lack, or judgment? These are not your truths. They are borrowed from a system that thrives on keeping you small.
When you reconnect with the truth of who you are—a divine being in human form—you tap into the limitless potential of your DNA. This is where you find your story, create your story, and unlock the reason you’re here.
Remember, you’re not alone. The prayer is already praying through you. You are here for many purposes, but our collective purpose is to remember who we truly are.
Let’s keep discovering together.
With love,
Brooke
