Welcome to a new month! In this video, I'm excited to demonstrate a series of exercises that I like to call the "Burn Demo."

This routine comprises various compound movements designed to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a beginner, these exercises offer a great way to challenge your body and reach your fitness goals.

Here's what you can expect in this Burn Demo:

Deadlifts with a Twist:

We'll kick things off with deadlifts, but with a slight variation.

I'll show you how to maintain proper form by ensuring your back alignment while adding a subtle hip tilt to achieve an arch for improved results.

Strength Training Anatomy: I'll share some insights into my go-to resource for understanding the anatomy of the body and how to target specific muscle groups effectively. You'll discover the valuable knowledge I've gained from the book "A Woman's Strength Training Anatomy Workouts."

Butt Lifts:

We'll focus on enhancing those glutes with precision.

From regular butt lifts to overhead raises, I'll guide you on how to execute these moves correctly, emphasizing the importance of a strong core, proper posture, and controlled breathing.

Deadlift with a Shoulder Press:

I'll demonstrate the combination of a deadlift with a shoulder press, highlighting the significance of keeping your neck, back, and core in alignment while lifting weights.

Butt Lift with a Skull Crusher:

You'll learn how to perform a butt lift alongside a skull crusher, ensuring that you target the right muscles with each repetition.
