Remembering what I forget.
Here I am today, gazing out my window, sipping coffee after dancing in blissful gratitude. It wasn’t a forced dance—just one of pure joy. My whole family is still asleep, and I’m cozy in my Christmas pajamas. Supper is already in the crockpot—a beautifully seared roast infused with this energy—and I just finished a quick guided meditation to the Akashic Records. (This is how I roll—a small but critical piece of my message today!)
What’s fascinating me right now is the bright white energy of no light—everything and nothing all at once. It’s the purity of the Divine Mother, the Divine Holy Father, the Christ Consciousness, or what I call Sophia God. It feels loud, yet there’s no noise. And somehow, I don’t feel small. Instead, I melt into this universal love of nothingness.
And here’s the kicker: Remembering what I forget.
Remembering isn’t about forcing or controlling myself to remember—that’s human arrogance at play. (And I know this because my human self is becoming less arrogant with each breath.) Remembering is about allowing it to happen naturally. It’s about working with the state of forgetting instead of resisting it.
So, what am I forgetting?
Yesterday, I forgot to do my Kundalini yoga, which is so vital for the health of my cells and vessels. It’s important because I noticed it immediately last night. I observed my reaction and thought, OMG, I forgot! In that moment, I realized something profound: noticing that I forgot, loving myself for it, and recognizing the power in that moment wouldn’t have been as impactful if I hadn’t forgotten in the first place. Each time I remember what I forgot, I take one step closer to rewiring that remembering into my entire cellular system.
Another realization surfaced: I need to go. I have other things to do, and I was starting to feel guilty for taking this time to document and journal. But in that guilt, I found a hidden space where it lingered. Instead of showing up in my life wishing I were somewhere else, I’m choosing to dance and play the game of “good enough.” Not in a careless way, but in a nurturing, parenting way. I decide when enough is enough.
So, I’ll cut this short. When I have more linear time, I’ll continue sharing about my Delta and the things on my heart that want to manifest. I’ll preserve those thoughts for a moment when I can fully surrender and channel with intention.
For now, it’s time to open presents and enjoy breakfast.
Bye for now,
xoxo, Brooke
Walking the Path of Remembering
What I’ve shared in my journal entry may seem simple, but it’s part of a much larger process: the journey of forgetting and remembering. I’ve come to see forgetting not as a failure, but as part of the design. The systems we live within—what some call the machine or the matrix—are intentionally designed to keep us in a state of forgetting.
These systems distract us, pulling us into cycles of productivity, achievement, and self-comparison, all while keeping us from the truth of who we are. But as much as this sounds like a trap, it’s actually part of our evolution. Forgetting creates the opportunity to awaken, to intentionally remember, and to reconnect with our divine nature and the collective consciousness.
How the Matrix Keeps Us Forgetting
The matrix operates by keeping us externally focused—on societal norms, expectations, and constant striving. It uses distraction and judgment to veil the truth of our divinity and interconnectedness. But here’s the paradox: forgetting is also the catalyst for remembering. It’s the obstacle that pushes us to awaken and to walk the path back to our true selves.
How I Use the Akashic Field to Remember
For me, guided meditations into the Akashic Field have been a transformative tool. The Akashic Field, often described as an energetic library of all that has been and will be, holds the blueprint of my soul’s journey. When I meditate with the intention to remember, I access this sacred space where clarity and truth are waiting for me.
Each time I step into this space, I:
- Access Higher Wisdom. I connect to the divine essence of who I am and why I’m here.
- Break Through the Noise. In the stillness of the Akashic Field, I bypass the matrix’s programming and connect directly to the truth.
- Rewire My Awareness. Every insight, every remembering, rewires my mind and body for connection and clarity.
- Integrate Forgotten Truths. I bring the wisdom I find back into my daily life, making it real and tangible.
Living the Beauty Code Way
This journey of forgetting and remembering is exactly what the Beauty Code Way is about. My methods guide me—and those I help—through this process with grace and intention.
- Vision: I connect with the Akashic Field and the divine energies of Sophia God, which illuminate the bigger picture of my purpose.
- Awareness: I observe my moments of forgetting, like skipping Kundalini yoga, with curiosity rather than judgment.
- Connection: By loving myself through these moments, I deepen my connection to my body, soul, and purpose.
- Action: I take aligned action, whether it’s journaling, meditating, or simply choosing to move forward with love.
The Beauty Code Way is about transforming judgment into curiosity and self-love. It’s about finding the beauty in every challenge, including the challenge of forgetting, and turning it into an opportunity for growth and transformation.
A Path for Us All
As I reflect on my journey, I see how each moment of forgetting leads me closer to remembering. Each time I choose to love myself, to observe, and to reconnect, I move closer to embodying who I am meant to be.
If you’re walking a similar path, know this: forgetting isn’t failure. It’s an invitation to awaken, to rewire, and to remember. Tools like guided meditations, the Akashic Field, and the Beauty Code Way can help you break through the veil of forgetting and reconnect with your highest self.
We are all here to remember who we are, to walk in our purpose, and to transform the collective consciousness. Every step you take toward remembering is a step toward aligning with the truth of your soul.
Let’s walk this path together. The journey is yours to claim.
With love,
Brooke Ranvek
