Light Beyond Corruption

40 Days of an Intentional and Specific Covenant with Consciousness

The tug-of-war between realms continues. Levi and I had plans to get out of the house and go on a date or something, but he got sick—and I instantly sank into a state of ahhh peace. Not having to leave the house felt so good!

As I was reflecting on how happy I was to stay in but also acknowledging the necessity of going out and doing something, I realized the truth: I was just relieved not to have to be around others and their “corruption.” When I say corruption, I’m talking about the energy of human vessels that haven’t yet cleared the blocks within their DNA. This often translates to being around the unbalanced energies people emit. Usually, when I venture into the 3D realm and engage in material-world activities, I feel caught between their world and mine.

Now, hear me out. I’ll always help you make sense of what’s hard to articulate, and I do that in the second segment of this blog.

I’ve come such a long way since understanding that my DNA—coded uniquely for me—holds geometric and cosmometry patterns designed for my experience. These patterns shape the lessons my body needs to learn, which contribute to mankind through my personal journey. Ultimately, it’s about recognizing my gifts and bringing them into my lessons. It’s all an inside job.

For me specifically, my attraction sphere—the energy I pull into my life through relationships—has everything to do with my ability to transmute energy through my body into light. When my “software” was corrupted, this ability translated into deep isolation because I couldn’t handle the pain people projected onto me. I was a victim of my own sensitivity. In everyday language, it looked like being an empath who felt too much.

But it wasn’t just feelings. That distinction allowed me to move beyond the belief—and victimhood—of being an empath. When I’m out in the world, my aura vibes out to my fractal family, and their souls pour their hearts into my energetic field. They do this because they instinctively know this about my vessel.

Our souls are incredible. Even when you’re not fully conscious of healing, your soul is always calling you. These days, I no longer let just any soul hand me their burdens. I’m selective. And I don’t even see it as “baggage” anymore, because the law of polarity reminds me that everything is two sides of the same coin. If I perceive something as baggage, I can breathe it in, infuse it with light, and tap into universal force.

Anything that comes into my field can evolve. By focusing on the greater good, I stay true to myself while still feeling others’ energies and hearing their soul cries. I witness their truth—that everyone has a divine path. It’s not my place to judge what’s good or bad for anyone because God works in ways that the human brain can’t fully comprehend.

Now, let’s talk about today’s card, which is, of course, perfect. It’s card #7: “More About You (Me)” from the full Celtic Cross spread in the Moonology Oracle deck. The card I pulled is the Fixed Moon: “HOLD YOUR VISION.” The message is clear: “Say YES, and get used to saying it.” It’s here to remind me not to stagnate and to notice where I might be holding myself back from moving toward my vision.

How perfect is that? I’m not striving to feel good, happy, or confident all the time. I’m focused on stepping out of my comfort zone—not on being confident in what I do, but on being confident in who I am while I do the things I’ve held back from in the past.

So what if I have to come home and do extra meditations or practices to transmute any energy I pick up or forget to protect myself from? I’ll just level up my self-love and self-care game. Comfort, I’ve realized, equals stagnation. That doesn’t mean I won’t isolate when needed, but I’ve reached a place where comfort isn’t the goal. Achieving my goals won’t always feel comfortable, and that’s okay.

I’m leaving you with this thought: I should make a list of all the things I’ll feel uncomfortable doing—and then get to it. I’m so used to writing down dreams and goals, but rarely do I reverse-engineer them. If I want X, then I need to figure out who I must become to move past Y and achieve Z. Because really, X + Y = Z. And Z? That’s always what our souls truly desire.

Today, I feel a little playful with this deep heart-opening revelation I’ve shared. God is always good. My opinions and judgments? They’re just projections. My attitude and expression, though—that’s my choice. And this 40-day covenant with consciousness? It’s awakening joy and happiness through co-creation. That’s what makes me feel whole and safe.

Bye for now,
xoxo,
Brooke Ranvek

Understanding the Language of Healing: Insights from My Journal

In my journal entry, I touched on several profound concepts that are integral to understanding the journey of self-love, soul alignment, and transformation. Let’s break these down and explore how they show up in everyday life—and how you can use them in your own healing journey.

Epigenetics: Rewriting Your Inner Blueprint

Epigenetics is the study of how external factors—like stress, diet, emotions, and environment—affect the way our genes express themselves without altering the actual DNA sequence. Think of your genes as a script, and epigenetics as the director deciding which scenes to highlight or downplay.

In the journal, I talked about DNA “corruption.” This doesn’t mean something is broken in you—it’s more about inherited patterns or external influences clouding your authentic self. When you begin clearing these influences, through mindfulness, mental fitness, or spiritual practices, you allow your body’s blueprint to align with its natural, healthy state.

Practical Takeaway:
Your lifestyle choices—what you eat, how you manage stress, and even your thoughts—can “switch on” healing processes in your DNA. Begin by observing what triggers you, then use tools like gratitude, journaling, or breathwork to shift those patterns.

Aura: Your Energetic Signature

Your aura is the energy field that surrounds your body, acting like a magnet that interacts with the energy of others. In the journal, I shared how my aura attracts my fractal family (more on that below) and how it can also pick up energies that don’t serve me.

This is why you might feel drained after spending time in crowded places or energized after connecting with someone who truly “gets” you. Your aura is sensitive to the vibrations around you and reflects the state of your inner world.

Practical Takeaway:
Protect and recharge your aura with daily practices like visualizing yourself surrounded by a bubble of light or spending time in nature. When you feel overwhelmed, pause and take deep breaths, imagining your aura clearing and becoming brighter.

Transmuting Energy: Turning Darkness Into Light

Transmuting energy is the process of transforming low-vibrational emotions—like fear, anger, or sadness—into higher vibrations of love, peace, and joy. It’s not about suppressing or ignoring these feelings but about alchemizing them.

In my journal, I described how I breathe in energy that feels heavy, infuse it with light, and release it. This practice not only helps me maintain balance but also allows me to support others energetically.

Practical Takeaway:
Try this simple exercise: When you feel heavy or burdened, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Visualize a golden light entering your body with each inhale, and imagine it dissolving any tension or negativity. With each exhale, release the transformed energy back into the universe as love.

Corruption in Our Software

The term “corruption” refers to the programming we inherit or absorb—beliefs, fears, and patterns that no longer serve us. These can come from family, culture, or past experiences and often operate unconsciously, like background software running in your mind.

When we clear this corruption, we reclaim our authentic selves. This shows up in the journal as recognizing that certain patterns or energies are not “mine,” allowing me to step back and choose a higher way of being.

Practical Takeaway:
Start by identifying recurring thoughts or behaviors that don’t feel aligned with your highest self. Ask yourself: “Whose belief is this? Does this serve me?” Use affirmations or guided meditations to replace these outdated programs with empowering ones.

Fractal Family: Soul Connections Across Time and Space

Your fractal family consists of the souls you are deeply connected to across lifetimes or energetic planes. These are the people who “feel familiar” on a soul level, even if you’ve just met them.

In my journal, I shared how my aura attracts my fractal family, who energetically pour their heart out to me. This is because they recognize my capacity to hold space for their growth and healing.

Practical Takeaway:
Pay attention to the relationships that feel meaningful and transformative. These connections often hold the keys to your growth and purpose. Nurture them while maintaining healthy boundaries to protect your energy.

Geometric, Cosmometry, and Holographic Patterns

These terms might sound abstract, but they’re deeply rooted in the natural order of life. Geometric and cosmometry patterns refer to the sacred shapes and structures that govern everything from DNA to the orbits of planets. Holographic means that each part contains the whole—a reflection of how our individual experiences mirror universal truths.

In the journal, I described how my DNA holds unique patterns designed for my lessons and gifts. When I embrace these patterns, I align with my purpose and contribute to the collective.

Practical Takeaway:
Meditate on sacred geometry, such as the Flower of Life or a simple circle. These symbols can help you connect with the bigger picture and find harmony within yourself.

Visualizing Light and Breath: Healing from Within

One of the most powerful tools for transformation is the combination of breath and visualization. In my journal, I described using light and breath to clear and transmute energy. This practice isn’t just symbolic—it works on a cellular level to calm your nervous system and elevate your vibration.

Practical Takeaway:
Set aside 5 minutes daily for this practice:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
  2. Take a slow, deep breath, imagining pure, golden light entering your body.
  3. Visualize this light moving to areas where you feel tension or heaviness.
  4. With each exhale, release any stuck energy, imagining it dissolving into the light.

Final Thoughts
The concepts I’ve shared—epigenetics, the aura, transmuting energy, clearing corruption, fractal families, and sacred patterns—aren’t just abstract ideas. They’re practical tools you can use to create profound shifts in your life.

As you explore these practices, remember that your journey is unique. Embrace the lessons encoded in your DNA, honor the connections with your fractal family, and use breath and light as tools to align with your highest self. Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, self-discovery, and remembering the beauty of who you truly are.

By integrating these insights into your life, you’ll begin to witness the powerful transformation that comes from stepping into alignment with your soul’s purpose.

With love and light,
Brooke Ranvek
