    • Lift the kettlebell slightly at the end of the swing for optimal engagement.
  2. Kettlebell Goblet Squat with Overhead Raise:

    • Perform a goblet squat, bringing elbows to knees.
    • Push through the top and extend into an overhead raise.
    • Focus on balance and stability throughout the movement.
    • Make the movement your own, adjusting intensity as needed.
  3. Alternate Kettlebell Swing:
