- Practice each movement mindfully, paying attention to the joints, tendons, and muscles engaged.

Alternating Bird Dogs:
- Come down on all fours, maintaining a neutral spine and engaging the core.
- Lift one arm and the opposite leg simultaneously, extending them out in a straight line.
- Focus on stability and control as you alternate between sides, keeping the movements smooth and controlled.

Hip Bridges:
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet planted on the ground.
- Lift your hips off the ground, engaging the glutes and core muscles.
- Perform hip bridges one vertebra at a time, emphasizing control and alignment.

Reverse Burpees:
- Start in a standing position, then lower yourself down to the ground, rolling onto your back.
- Use momentum to lift yourself back up to standing, incorporating a hop at the top if desired.
