Choose Yourself Today
Jan 19, 202540 Days of an Intentional and Specific Covenant with Consciousness

This morning, I woke up repeating one word: remember. My alarm went off early because I’m eager to get back to the routines that fill me with life. But as the word “remember” echoed in my mind, the thoughts came flooding in—reminders of how many times I woke up during the night, how tired I felt, and the tempting idea that I should just go back to bed.
Still, I was excited to remember the simplicity of a biofeedback loop: how it just takes a little discomfort—maybe three days—to push past the pleasure of hitting snooze. The real victory comes from jumping up, having a glass of water, and dedicating time to my body, mind, and health.
So I got up, moved my body, drank salt water, put on a guided meditation, and hit the gym. I went easy on myself today because movement wasn’t the goal; breaking the biofeedback loop of comfort was.
While rowing and listening to my meditation, I started observing my lymphatic system and thinking about how my cortisol levels were feeling. My mind wandered to the differences in myself since a major fall months ago—the many things I’ve let go of for good, my age, my environment. It feels like I’m entering a brand-new phase. Everything that worked before brought me here, and now I’m starting with a new baseline.
This realization stirred mixed emotions. Reflection sometimes makes me feel like I’m not as good as I used to be, even disappointing myself. But then I shifted my perspective and saw how far I’ve actually come. I recognized the step-by-step strategy of the Beauty Code Way as a way to navigate these new beginnings. It’s not just a new chapter—it’s an entirely new book in the series of my life.
As I rowed, I found myself fully present. The “downloads” I received reminded me why I work out, why I care for myself, and why I deeply want others to experience this transformation. Still, I felt a pang of loneliness.
Here are some of the downloads:
- Why? I need to get even clearer on my why.
- Who? Who do I need to become to feel the way I want to feel when I’ve achieved my goals?
- The hint: It’s not about a grand “who” for the journey. It’s about who I must become—and that person isn’t going to be comfortable or take the easy path.
I realized I need to walk in the path of:
- Vulnerability.
- Facing my fears.
- Catching where I’m striving for perfection.
- Embracing loneliness as a spiritual leader.
- Being truthful about discomfort, rather than chasing comfort.
- Admitting when I dim my light to make others feel comfortable.
What is it going to take? More pauses. More lunches with friends. More reflection on how my workouts prepare me to adapt to life’s challenges and pains. It’s going to take letting others in—even if it means getting hurt. It’s going to take action, acknowledgment, and gratitude as high priorities.
And when? It’s going to require patience and trust in my attractor field. I need to trust that the right people will be drawn into my life, especially the women who need my services and programs.
When I attach a number or date to my goals, I feel overwhelmed and tempted to quit. Reflecting on this conditioning, I recognized my fear of people. Guiding others to find their truth is a huge responsibility. Finding people ready to commit to themselves for three months is one thing; finding those who are willing to invest in their soul and purpose is entirely another.
I sometimes blame others for not wanting to care for themselves. I blame them for choosing comfort in complaining over taking authority in their lives. But I’m learning to see this as an opportunity to prove my doubts wrong.
God is showing me that my role isn’t to convince anyone. It’s to be a witness—to live in conviction, representing the process that I also teach. My job isn’t to wake others up; it’s to walk my path authentically and let those who are ready find their way to me.
It’s been a heavy day, but during my workout, I had a revelation: I draw my strength not from the heavens but from Mother Gaia. Rooting myself deeply into the Earth and my core allows me to live authentically—not perfectly—through my thoughts and actions.
If any of this has spoken to your inner authority or sparked a fire in your ambition, I encourage you to give yourself three months and make the smallest investment in yourself at this time. For $1,497 (January 2025 pricing), you can build a foundation that will pay off tenfold in the results you achieve and the lifelong effects of saying “yes” to yourself.
Bye for now,
xoxo Brooke
Dear Soulful Warrior,
I see you. I feel the weight you carry—the blame, the shame, the guilt that comes with even thinking about spending time, energy, or money on yourself. You’ve been conditioned to believe that prioritizing your needs is selfish. That your worth is defined by how much you give to others—your children, your partner, your job. You’ve convinced yourself that someday, when the chaos settles and the to-do lists are done, you’ll focus on you. But let me ask you—how many years has that “someday” been waiting in the wings?
Here’s the truth: no one is coming to save you. There is no white knight, no magic pill, no future moment when the stars will align, and suddenly, everything will fall into place. But that’s not a bad thing. You don’t need saving. What you need is to take a stand—for yourself, for your life, and for your purpose.
We’ve all been handed a story by society, especially as women. A story that says we are the caretakers, the martyrs, the ones who hold it all together for everyone else. But at what cost?
- Did you know that women who ignore their purpose are 65% more likely to experience anxiety and depression?
- Research shows that people without a sense of purpose are 2.4 times more likely to die prematurely than those who do.
- When mothers prioritize everyone else’s dreams over their own, they often pass down a legacy of martyrdom to their children, creating patterns of resentment, burnout, and emotional disconnection that echo for generations.
Society is not set up for you to thrive, especially as a woman. It thrives on keeping you small, overwhelmed, and distracted from the truth of who you are. But you, my love, were not born to stay stuck. You were born to remember. To remember who you are, where you came from, and the divine gifts God has planted within you to share with this world.
Now, let’s pause for a moment. Close your eyes and imagine:
You’re standing on the path of your purpose. Each morning, you wake up with clarity, not because life is easy, but because you know why you’re here. You feel the strength to face challenges—not as a victim, but as the warrior and hero of your own story. You’re no longer waiting for someone else to choose you. You’ve already chosen yourself.
Can you feel that? That fire in your chest? That is the truth of who you are, begging to be unleashed.
Now, I want you to consider the cost of ignoring this call. Think of the moments of joy and connection you’re missing. The lessons your children won’t learn if they only see you putting yourself last. The years you’ll lose waiting for the right time while resentment and exhaustion silently chip away at your spirit. This isn’t just about you; this is about the legacy you leave behind.
And here’s the thing: the alternative isn’t easy either. Living a life where you pour yourself out for everyone else will take its toll—on your mind, your body, and your soul. That’s the hell of it. You can spend years surviving, but at what cost to your health, your relationships, and your peace of mind?
I created The Beauty Code Way for women like you—women who are ready to break free from the cycle of martyrdom and step into a life of alignment, purpose, and self-love.
The Beauty Code Way is a step-by-step methodology that:
- Helps you rewrite the stories that have kept you stuck.
- Reconnects you with your body, your intuition, and your inner wisdom.
- Equips you with tools to face challenges with grace and strength.
- Aligns you with your purpose—not your job, not your role, but the unique reason you were put on this Earth.
This is not just another program. It’s a pathway to your truest self. And it’s hard. It’s uncomfortable. But it’s also the most freeing, transformative decision you will ever make.
I’m not here to chase you or convince you. I’m here to hold the door open, because I love you enough to let you make this choice for yourself. That’s what makes the Beauty Code Way different. This is about you taking authority over your life—not waiting for permission, not waiting for someone to hand you a roadmap, but choosing to say “yes” to your soul’s calling.
I want you to know that taking this step isn’t just about you. When you choose to walk this path, you become the kind of person who empowers others by your example. Your children will see what it means to pursue your dreams, your purpose, and your joy—not as a luxury, but as a birthright. You will teach them that living for others at the expense of yourself is not the way, and in doing so, you’ll break the cycle of martyrdom for generations to come.
I see the fire in you, the part of you that knows there’s more to life than this. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. The Beauty Code Way is here to guide you, step by step, back to the truth of who you are.
So, are you ready? Not for me. Not for anyone else. Are you ready for you?
The hardest step is saying “yes.” But I promise, it will be the best decision of your life.
With love and a wide-open door,
Brooke Ranvek
