The Wild and Sacred Times We Live In
We are living in a time of wild, exciting, and divinely orchestrated change. If you’re like me—someone deeply aware of the world’s beauty but also its chaos—you might feel a pull toward something greater, something deeply meaningful. It’s as though consciousness itself is asking us to wake up, to remember who we are, and to reclaim our connection to life, energy, and purpose.
I’ve entered a sacred 40-day covenant with consciousness. This is not a passive exercise but an intentional and active exploration of my role in expanding consciousness—not for others but for myself first. When I show up for my evolution, I become a representation for others to remember their own light.
What I’ve observed so far: It’s not my job to convince anyone to see through the noise, the lies, or the corruption of systems. It is my job to hold steady in my purpose, to trust my path, and to witness others as they rediscover theirs.
The Machine: Fear, Disconnection, and Our Power
Over time, the systems we live in—what I call “the machine”—have subtly programmed us to fear each other, to fear vulnerability, and to fear our own power. How? Through judgment, comparison, distraction, and a carefully orchestrated disconnection from our bodies and our divine energy.
Fear and Division
From early on, we’re taught to see others as competition instead of connection. We compare, judge, and armor ourselves to avoid being seen as “not enough.” Vulnerability—once a pathway to true connection—has been twisted into a symbol of weakness. But what I’ve learned is this: Vulnerability is our greatest strength.
When I open myself to feel deeply with someone, to witness their pain and remember my own, I reclaim the purity of empathy. I no longer fear their struggles because I’ve sat in my own. This is what I bring into my work with the women I guide.
Shadow Insight: Feeling for someone is pity. Feeling with someone is connection.
Kundalini Energy: The Power They Fear
Kundalini energy has been hidden, shamed, and distorted by the machine because it represents the ultimate connection to our power.
- What is Kundalini? It’s the shadow energy stored at the base of the spine, waiting to rise. When awakened, it moves through the body, connecting the heavens, the earth, and the physical self.
- Why is it suppressed? When this energy awakens, we remember who we are. We remember that we are divine, powerful, and connected to Source. And that’s terrifying for systems built on fear and control.
For me, Kundalini Yoga is the movement of this energy. It’s my rebellion. It’s how I embody my covenant and move light through all planes of existence.
Day 2- The Cards: A Mirror for My Path
Each day of this journey, I pull cards to guide my thoughts and my commitment. The cards don’t tell me what to do—they reflect back what my higher self already knows.
-
Card One: Isis – Goddess of Magic
“Sexual energy is sacred. My pleasure is a prayer that brings me back to life.”
This card speaks to the root chakra, where Kundalini energy resides, and its connection to the crown. -
Card Two: Self-Love and Self-Loathing
This card is a reminder that self-love must come from within. Seeking love for fulfillment outside of ourselves will never be enough. -
Card Three: Vulnerability and Empathy
True empathy requires vulnerability. It’s about feeling with others, not pitying them. This hit home for me because my mission to guide 100 women by 2027 will require me to sit in the dark with them, to feel their struggles, and to show them that transformation is possible.
The Sacredness of Sexual Energy
One of the biggest realizations I’ve had during this covenant is about sexual energy—how powerful, sacred, and feared it truly is.
The machine has corrupted it, turning it into something to fear, exploit, or hide. But the truth I’ve uncovered is this: Sexual energy is a direct path to divine connection. When I surrender to its power, when I allow myself to experience pleasure and connection through practices like tantra or Kundalini awakening, it becomes a prayer.
My husband and I honor this energy as part of our sacred contract. Through it, we are able to deliver our purpose to the world.
Reclaiming Your Power
The unraveling process I speak of—whether through Kundalini energy, vulnerability, or empathy—is about remembering. It’s about untangling yourself from the machine’s programming and coming back to your truth.
- It’s not about perfection. It’s about sitting in the dark long enough to recognize your light.
- It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about loving yourself so fully that you naturally align with your purpose.
- It’s not about fearing others. It’s about witnessing them as reflections of yourself, with compassion and connection.
Final Thoughts: A Sacred Commitment
This covenant has shown me that peace begins in thought, truth begins in feeling, and purpose begins in remembering. I am grateful for this path, even when it’s uncomfortable. This unraveling is sacred. It’s messy. It’s real.
If you feel the pull, if you feel something stirring within you, know this: your energy is powerful beyond measure. Your story—your light and your shadow—is your offering. You don’t need permission to reconnect with it. You don’t need permission to remember who you are.
I’m here, walking this path beside you.
Xoxo,
Brooke Ranvek
